Master Dimarock 05
Throughout the five days of Dimarock 05, the attendance exceeded 10,000 people among the different scheduled acts. Categorized by events:
Rock competition: Access to the cave was really limited due to space and environment conservation, only 400 people could be present on the cave. The competition lasted six hours, and therefore final attendance reached 1,000 people (always keeping the 400’s limit). The winners of the day were Euskadi’s team (Patxi Usobiaga y Leire Aguirre).
Afternoon conferences: Good attendance, up to 1.000 watching Patxi Usobiaga film and more than 2.500 people attended the Catherine Destivel conference.
Euskadi championship: Around 2,000 people on qualifyngs, about 3,000 on the Saturday afternoon finals.
Dima Rockmaster: Finally, the main event was followed by a huge attendance (6,000 people) at Dima Square. Alex Chabot took the victory in men’s, and Angela Either did it in women’s. The competition was broadcasted by ETB 1 (Euskara channel) on the following three Saturday nights with good share levels.
